I’ve spent more than 20 years designing and delivering technology for businesses in Australia and Asia, from communications platforms to critical infrastructure. I’ve seen what good systems look like at enterprise scale. Toniq is about bringing that to small businesses, without the enterprise complexity or price tag.
I started Toniq because I kept seeing the same thing. Businesses running on setups that had grown up around them, with no real sense of what’s available now. The local brewery taking bookings on someone’s mobile. The café managing takeaway orders across two locations. The physio clinic that couldn’t change where its calls were forwarded.
None of these were hard problems to solve. They just needed the right system for how the business actually runs, and someone independent to say which one that is.
